Coolum Beach Lucaya Apartments Lucaya Apartments are spacious holiday apartments located outside of the main Coolum Beach complex, and are right next door. While these apartments enjoy the same quality and care as the rest of the Coolum Beach Resort, they differ in that they enjoy a larger private balcony, have ocean views, and a second bathroom. Each unit also has a lock-up garage; single garage for the two bedroom apartment and a double garage for the three bedroom apartment.
